Breathable EPDM Rubber Track

The characteristics of the breathable EPDM track are as follows:
The base layer is composed of environmentally friendly granules bonded with a single-component polyurethane adhesive. the surface layer is created by spraying a mixture of polyurethane, EPDM granules, and plastic binder, The main track of the breathable rubber track is typically 13mm thick and red in color, while the auxiliary area has a thickness of 9mm and is green.
In addition to the advantages of other forms of tracks, the breathable rubber track also offers water permeability and can be used in all weather conditions. It is the most economical and cost-effective option with no bubbling issues. Moreover, it reduces the investment in foundation costs and is suitable for constructing irregular-sized athletic tracks for primary and secondary schools. The lifespan of the breathable rubber track can exceed 6 years.
 Meets international standards.
 The bottom layer is a combination of single-component polyurethane and elastic rubber, which is an environmentally friendly product with breathable function. At high temperatures, the steam from the foundation will quickly dissipate. Steam pressure can not build up so there will be no bubbling.
 The surface layer is made of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber granules mixed and blended with polyurethane slurry and pre-polymer before being mechanically sprayed during construction. It does not shed granules and has high UV resistance, preventing fading.
 All-weather use, good elasticity, good impact absorption, strong wear resistance, good weather resistance, strong compression resistance, strong nail resistance, flat, strong adhesion, durable.

Hybrid EPDM Rubber Track

 Environmentally friendly: Non-toxic, pollution-free, and in compliance with environmental requirements.
 All-weather use: Any season and temperature difference can maintain a high level of quality, and it can be used immediately after rain to increase the utilization time and improve the utilization rate of the site;

Composite EPDM Rubber Track
